Anything, so long as I'm near water.

There were monsters a while back, turned people to stone. I could reverse that. Cassian broke his arm and the bone came right out and I could see all his muscles and blood and stuff. It was brilliant. He hasn't even got a scar.

I had a grenade thrown in my direction not too long ago

Put a hole right through me and it was excruciatingly painful, but it healed

The medicine here is very good, Cassian and I were dead.

Perhaps some of my beliefs

But it took longer for me to realize them there than I have in my own life

My mother was killed when I was eight and my father was taken to work for the Empire. I was raised by a rebel but in the Aerie I didn't have Saw. Had I gone with my father I would have been that woman.

At least I only lost two parents there and not three.

[ it was a kinder life, for her. ]

The smallest of mercies perhaps

[ Though to experience that much loss for someone so young ... it isn't even that he feels an unshakeable connection to Jyn because of their shared history in the Aerie, but that he knows loss down to his soul and he hates that for anyone to experience. ]

I'm getting sick of mourning my parents

I have someone from home and I've made friends here.

[ of all the things to be cagey about, she chooses cassian right this minute but she can't erase that frisson of shame that lingers from the aerie. ]

[ That's ... a sentiment he can relate to on some account. The mourning part, anyway. He's sick of mourning his loved ones too, but it's also something he can't (and won't) let go of. ]
